CJ FAISON is a champion for filmmakers, with a personal mission elevated through his production company with one simple principle – "we all share the same experience but we don’t all look the same, it’s time to bring those two realities together to the masses.” Serving as a producer on the Emmy winning drama series Giants (now streaming on Cleo TV of TV One and BET+), solidified his artistic vision and inspired him to ultimately found, FACEFORWARD Productions in 2018.
Working as a producer on Giants, CJ uncovered talents as a producer that have truly carved a space for him to thrive in the industry. His work on the series led to CJ becoming an Emmy nominated producer and the winner of both a Streamy and Indies Series award. With the success of the series, founding FFP gave CJ the ability to have creative freedom to produce his work, starting with FACEFORWARD’s first major project — The Black Beauty Effect.
At FFP, CJ focuses on nurturing creators, sourcing partnerships, raising capital, driving the overall organization, and uncovering projects that fit the company narrative while also being valuable and marketable.
CJ is a graduate of Florida A&M University and a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

ADRIENNE REED has loved television her entire life, for her "getting behind the lens was simply a matter of alignment and divine timing." A veteran entrepreneur and multi-hyphenate creative executive, discovered an extension of her passion to move the culture forward through the lens after serving as a producer, director, and first assistant director on web series, Outta Pocket.
The Founder & CEO of The Hamba Group — a marketing + branding agency specializing in audience strategy consultation and event production for netflix, hulu, espn, fx & more — soon after, co-founded her own production company, Blue Drop Productions. After the successful launch of their first short film, Reed realized she could do more with the right alignment on moving forward. Soon after, a conversation with a dear friend, FACEFORWARD Productions became a fast second home.
At FFP, Reed focuses on development, marketing, and overall structural growth for the company as our president. Since joining FFP, Reed also served as a producer on The Black Beauty Effect.
Reed is a proud dog mom to Brooklyn and an avid community builder, most notably known for her event, Brunch 2 Bomb (based in LA).
